If you're a local, I have plenty of grains and am happy to give you one for free.
All you'll need to start with is a 500ml jar, one grain, and organic full cream milk (I use Schultz's)

Otherwise, if you're from out-of-town, you'll need to source a milk kefir grain (SCOBY) to start this process.
You can buy one here from The Fermentary here, as well as other equipment like jars and fermenting kits.

IMPORTANT – Step 1

Storing your grains

As soon as you receive your grain(s), pop them IMMEDIATELY into organic, room temperature milk. Then, begin watching the videos below by clicking on each image.
