Meet Baxter

As she enters Midlife herself, her conversations with friends suddenly shifted to subjects like wrinkles, waistlines, relationships and hormones. 

Parents started dying and kids were leaving home, with partners left wondering what to talk about.
She became a go-to for advice, and found that her studies of the Yoga philosophy helped others navigate through these modern issues with time-proven ancient wisdom.
These conversations are designed to do just that – to support one another and live our lives on purpose, in harmony.

Yoga Therapy is a complete mind/body modality that empowers the Individual through improving their physical health, energy levels and mindset to enjoy life with and serve as positive role model within their own family and community. As health is never black and white, we tailor practices for the Individual, and meet you where you are currently at. All facilitators working With Baxter are all qualified, highly skilled and certified with peak local and international associations.
