About Baxter

Baxter is a great believer of practising ancient principles to meet modern challenges, so we can find balance in a world saturated in information, choice and demands.

With over 22 years of experience as a wellbeing educator and practitioner, she has guided thousands of students through practices designed to cultivate clarity, resilience, and deeper self-understanding.

Her own path has included multiple 10-day Vipassana silent retreats, leading transformational retreats in Bali, guiding Yoga Treks through Kashmir, and co-hosting immersive food, wine, cultural, and textile journeys around the world.

Baxter’s teaching style blends depth with warmth, creating spaces that are grounding, insightful, and deeply restorative.

We understand that plans can sometimes take unexpected turns, and flexibility is key. Therefore, we’ve crafted a cancellation policy that we believe strikes a fair balance between understanding the unpredictability of life and the resources required to make this retreat a truly special event.

Once you’ve made your deposit, we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you can change your mind without any charges.

If, after this initial period, you find it necessary to cancel, we kindly ask for your understanding that a 10% charge will be incurred. This helps us cover the administrative and logistical aspects that go into creating an exceptional retreat experience for all participants.

  • We strongly advise taking out travel insurance, one which covers pandemics.
  • We recommend using Finder as a search engine for covid Insurance plans
  • Should something happen to Baxter and she is unable to lead the classes, we reserve the right to bring in another teacher from our team to run the programme designed by Baxter.
